What are the pros and cons of using AI in recruitment? This was one of the many questions asked when our partner TRR hosted a webinar on AI Sustainability and Recruitment. Prior to the webinar a survey was sent out to a broader HR community in Sweden which revealed that 80% of the respondents would like to learn more about the ethical and societal aspect of AI tools in recruitment. Anna Felländer talked about ethical AI risks in recruiting during the webinar and answered questions from the audience.
